It is quite important that you get an autresponder as soon as possible, because you must realize that many people will only buy from you after they have seen your offer a few times and sending them followup emails is a good way to get them back to your offer.

If you can't afford an auto-responder then you will send people direct to the merchants site and start making sales, then when you can afford upgrade yourself to an auto-responder.

Generate traffic to your website.

The trouble is that there is so much information on the internet that you can soon come unstuck. Paying for traffic or developing free traffic are your two options here.

Paid traffic. This is just that and includes, PPC advertising, ezine advertising and banner advertising amongst others.

Free traffic. This includes, article writing, forum posting, blog posting, all of which are highly recommended. There are also traffic exchange, although in my opinion these are are big waste of time, and 'safelist' advertising which again I do not recommend.
